The customer service is great. I had my vehicle serviced here due to an issue with rats chewing up some wires that caused some misfires. They were able to get it fixed pretty quickly, within about 2 days. However, I noticed that there was a big (and some small ones too) scratch on my drivers seat right after I picked it up from the shop and got to my house. It's pretty noticeable too. Make sure to check the interior of your car right before leaving the lot.

Recently over breakfast my wife and I decided to look into getting our recent graduate a new car for college. One simple call from the team at RB and we were set up with Alex. Alex had several cars for us to see and once we had what we wanted she made the next steps super easy and QUICK. Have to emphasize quick because like most people the part I dread most about purchasing a vehicle is the time spent at the dealership. We picked up our daughter and brought her to the deslership to surprise her, Alex took this time to put one last wash on the car which we appreciated. Of course our daughter loved her new car but Alex took her time to make our daughter feel special and walked her through all the features her new vehicle came with. We would've been fine with Alex just handing us the keys but she went out of her way to make a young girl feel important and love her new Mazda. Kudos to Alex for her professionalism ask for Alex if your interested in a new vehicle.

My experience was great, I felt very comfortable! I did not feel bullied into buying a car the way most dealerships make you feel. Jeff was great with negotiating a price for me & valuing my trade in, he did his very best! & Rick was so kind & a VERY knowledgeable salesman. He helped move my things over to my new car. They were very considerate of me having my 6 month old son & made the process quick and smooth for me. In & out in ONE HOUR. Thank you so much!

I have bought all but my last vehicle of the last 17 vehicles my family has bought with Roger Beasley Mazda but I found a deal with Don Hewlet Chevrolet next door that I did not think was worth passing up. I thought buying a car was just easy and pleasant and perfect because of the last 17 I had purchased but Don Hewlett Chevrolet showed me just how bad that experience could be and after talking to a few friends about it they were not surprised. I wanted to write a review here today to mention how thankful I am that Roger Beasley Mazda had been able to change my entire opinion of what buying a car was like through their excellent sales representative, progressive and helpful incentive model that puts everyone onto the same team to find you a perfect fit and a great deal and the amazing service I have received on all of my vehicles for the last 10 years. Roger Beasley Mazda has treated me with respect, and most importantly respect for my hard earned money and my time for all of these years and I cannot even pinpoint one person that has made this my opinion. I would do business and will do business with any person in this dealership any day. There is not a better place to buy, trade in, or repair a vehicle than here. They set a whole new bar for amazing service and great people.
