Jackie H. was absolutely amazing and helped us with my dad in so many ways. She even went above and beyond spending time on the phone to straighten out an insurance mess! We cannot say enough great things about her and the others who have helped care for dad thus far.

Our stepmom has been cared for by Linda Bledsoe who is a GEM!!! She really gets involved with Nancy and is personally vested. Last week she suspected a low BP, acted on it and solved the problem immediately. And she does it in such a kind way. She even calls Nancy on her days off to check on her. I especially like her communication skills with us family, keeping us well informed of every little change. She’s a KEEPER!!
This is one of the most fustrating companies I have worked with. Ive had multiple days where the couldn't find ANYBODY to help my father and the most i was getting from anybody was \ we are trying to find someone.\ This is beyond fustrating bc it keeps happening and I can not always be home.
For the most part the caregivers were wonderful - however the owner of this FRANCHISE cares about only the money, his mantra of \we are all on the same team\ could not be Farther from the truth . I would suggest looking into smaller locally owned caregiving companies, that don't have the overhead ,and ownership that truly do care about your loved one over profit . Many of these smaller companies have been started by retired health care professionals . There are affordable and terrific alternatives out there- contact a placement specialist for referrals.
Visiting Angels was amazing in helping get Mom the help she needed to stay in her home. Mom is so happy with her new friends at Visiting Angels. Thank You
