I needed to file for my 2021 exemptions so started looking through the form but had to call to get help with some of the answers. I think the lady who helped me with that was named Ashley. A few weeks later, I was ready to try to file electronically but was not understanding how to include the tax ceiling PDF with my filing. Another very nice person, Maria Fletcher, explained how to make that happen, so I waited a day to actually fill out the form and successfully submitted it, including the two PDF's they needed. Excellent customer service all the way through.
