Loved the event. Kids loved the coast guard helicopter. Parking situation could have been better organized. Took 40 minutes just to get into parking lot. Shuttle from parking to event was superb!

This event in Georgetown DE is an annual festival that honors Veterans from all branches of the military. One of the attendees flew missions in three different wars. With the excellent weather this year, there were almost 300 vintage airplanes and automobiles stretched out on the tarmac of the Georgetown Coastal Airport and record crowds who showed up to admire them. It's a great family activity- food, dogs, kids, airplanes, trucks, oh my.

GREAT time going here every year! We love the ability of taking vintage plane rides (heli too), although we cannot afford Panchito rides but I'm sure others can and do. They need more vendors but other than that, the car show was awesome and food trucks, live music - all for 5.00 parking and you get shuttled in from the lot very quickly. Love it!!
