I will start by saying that I had sworn to never buy from a dealership again! I was tired of the bate and switch they all pull. However I saw a 2015 Mazda CX5 with 54K miles on it listed at Gerald Jones Mazda and said "What the heck" I'll call and tell them that I wanted an out the door price - so that if I buy this car I could go in sign the paperwork and get out of there without heart failure! After getting the "Out the door" price and what was included in the price, I drove to Augusta some 50 miles from home. The folks at Gerald Jones Mazda did everything they could to make us feel at home and make us happy with the purchase! We drove home with the car and a smile on our face. It was a complimentary service. So, when I first got the notice, I thought it was a bait-and-switch type thing. But, I was wrong. They were very genuine. And the staff was very accommodating.
