Had vehicle towed to them because it was misfiring one day and ended up not starting one morning. Immediately told me i needed new spark plugs, even though mine was a few months old, and my fuel pump went out. AFTER I payed them almost 700 for the fuel pump replacement, then called me five minutes later and said that wasn’t the problem and I still had a misfire, but that it would be fine. The vehicle died on me a hour later 2.8 miles from my house. Towed it back to them and it sat for a week with no call on what’s going on. I finally called and then they said “have to dig into it more”. Another week went by and I had someone else call got, “well call her.” Few days went buy and I sent someone up there. Told them that I KNEW it was the PCM (computer) and that they were waiting for me to say it was okay for them to fix for another 600. Then said they fixed the fuel pump because it WAS going out not that it did. Gave them 700 to fix something that wasn’t the problem and then they wanted another 600 to fix what they misdiagnosed. They never diagnosed the issue before saying the fuel pump went out and the promised me that my issue wasn’t serious. Poor service! Went 2 weeks no answers and now I still don’t have a fixed vehicle. All I got was “I think it’s this I think it’s that.” Would not guarantee their service.

I was hit from behind at a red light about 2 weeks ago and needed estimate for the damage. I called Gerald's to make an appointment they told me come on right then. Roger when I pulled up , they jump right on it .

Did expect more of this place being my first time, had my truck towed in because it wouldn’t start. Waited a full day and they got the vehicle in last minute and didnt diagnose anything. Put gas in and it started. It had gas in it because I filled up after and it only took 10 after leaving them. Had more than 3/4 of a tank because I only made 2 trips to work on the current tank.Wish more diagnosing would’ve been done like suggesting what the issue might’ve been.
