Freshwater or Marine, Gerber's is your one stop solution. Whether you want to set up a new tank (you can purchase new and used here) or liven up your current setup, Gerber's is awesome! The entire staff is professional and expertly knowledgeable. Gerber's has fish, plant, coral, crustaceans, food for fish and reptiles (and they have a small, but awesome collection of reptiles and frogs). Two awesome advantages of dealing with Gerber's; First, it doesn't matter if you are a beginner or an expert, you will receive the same level of service and you will never be made to feel uneducated as the staff will help fill in your gap knowledge. Second, if you want an awesome system (tank and all) Gerber's will take care of all that for you and come to your location to service the entire tank and system. My Wife and I enjoy coming to Gerber's roughly twice a month to purchase plants for our freshwater tanks. They have amazing sales that help us afford to be able to have a beautifully planted tank that our amazing Gerber's fish love. I will never purchase another fish, plant, or anything else from any other company than Gerber's. Gerber's is a local treasure to be utilized to it's fullest benefit. I am grateful for their business and I would be lost without them. Thank you Gerber's for the amazing years of awesome service that I have received from your company!

If you're looking for any fresh or salt water fish or shrimp they probably have it or can get it. I buy all of my fresh water neocaridina shrimp and aquatic plants here.

They have a ton and cool lizards and little frogs. Little disappointed in the light selection for the reptiles Lots of supplies here for fish. I think they were short staffed today, had to wait more than 10 minutes to get our fish. It's worth the wait tho.

Neat place. A lot of tropical fish, amphibians, reptiles, and exotics over all. Plenty of accessories for fish tanks, small habitats, etc. Only thing I did not like was that they had several larger fish in smaller tanks all by themselves with only 12 inches in length in all directions.

When I walked in, and employee looked at me and said nothing. I wandered around the front part of the store for about five minutes, looking for what I needed. No employee offered help at all. I finally went to the counter and stood for a while waiting to ask for help. The whole time I stood there the one employee behind the counter who was not ringing someone out just stood there staring into space. I finally had to say can I ask you a question, to which he reacted like that was an unusual thing for me to do. He vaguely described where I could find what I was looking for but of course did not offer to show me. Again I spent another five minutes searching around the back part still unable to find what I needed that same employee passed by me two or three times, clearly able to see that I wasn’t finding it, and still chose not to offer me any assistance. Eventually I found what I needed, but obviously since it was in a tank, I needed someone to get it for me. That employee again walked by me as I was standing there and didn’t say anything. He may have been getting something for another customer but he at least could have said someone would help me when they could. I drove 24 miles round-trip to get to this place because I wanted to support a small business. But I’ll be going to a big box store.

Staff is super helpful and they have a great selection! The fish rooms are huge and a lot of fun to walk through too.
