Customer service is absolutely unbelievable. Morgan was so incredibly helpful!! The food was amazing. The guests raved about how delicious everything was. They could use some help beautifying the place. The carpet is gross and some time needs to be spent making it look cleaner and nicer. We had my daughters sweet 16 and I have no regrets. Thanks for everything.

My wife and I were blessed to have found Michael’s Germack Event venue after our venue at The Crystal Ballroom cancel our wedding 6 days before the actual day. We were so devastated and heartbroken. Michael saved our union celebration, he went over and beyond to make sure my wife and I enjoyed our celebration. Michael was able to accommodate everything that we had asked of him considering the small amount of time he had, my wife and I was very pleased. Our family and friends all were complimenting how beautiful the venue was and Michael’s great service. I can’t thank Michael enough!
