CROOKS!! I Bought a car there, even though it is quite a distance from me. I'm in Northwest Columbus, and this is east of Southeast Columbus. Received a coupon in the mail from them for an extremely low-priced oil change. It made it worthwhile financially to drive about 60 miles for the oil change. Before I drove that far, I called the service department to be sure that my car was included in this very good price. I was told yes definitely it was. I drove 30 miles one way, and was told "get lost". A man who claims he was the service manager refused to honor the coupon, after they had sent me the coupon, and then told me on the phone they would honor it. Don't buy a car from crooks like this!
I recently started a new lease at Bob-Boyd Fiat. Great experience from the moment I got there. Completely different from any other dealership I have been to -- they are kind, professional, and NOT PUSHY. I told them I was blown away that they actually let me leave the first day without a car!! They let me take my time in considering my options, and helped answer any questions I had. I worked with Mason, who is just awesome -- so nice, professional, and helpful. Really enjoyed working with him. Mark helped with financing and he is simply great as well. Looking forward to working with them in 3 more years!
Bought used car from Germain. Said went through inspections and passed. Found out later that night, driver side door doesn’t lock and passenger side door has problems closing. One week later exactly, tire popped. Great looking car wish they would have communicated better. Definitely never buying from here again.
Mark is great. We had a really good experience here. Quick. Efficient. Transparent. I love my Alfa! Will return to purchase again.
The sales person was polite and easy to work with. I did not buy a car but I did not feel pressure to buy at all.
I wish I could give less than 1 star. My wife's 2 year old 500L has had nothing but issues! This week the check engine light came on, since this dealership does limited maintenance we made an appointment at the Bob Boyd Lincoln in Dublin, they called an hour before to cancel the appointment! When my wife called this one they said their lone tech is out and the manager MIGHT do it, IF he feels up to it. Apparently a check engine light and appointments mean nothing to EITHER place - I'll never purchase another FIAT again and I certainly will never purchase a vehicle from a Bob Boyd establishment.
Had the best experience ever buying a car. Morgan and Matt were so easy to work with. The whole process, from test drive-to financing-to car pick up, took less than 2 hours. I would definitely recommend this entire dealership to anyone looking for new or used car.
