There must have been a female involved in the design. The Roosevelt floor plan is excellent. Grand entrance. 4 large bedrooms. Open floor plan with more kitchen cabinets than you will ever need. Cabinets 3 stories high. The laundry room is a dream. Very big compared to what most builders give you. This location is worth checking out. Perfect for adults who are down sizing and love to entertain. I only say that because of the open floor plan. No extra play room for kids.
