multiple issues... the rv had several problems with with the generator and sewage. charged us 250 dollars from having DOG HAIR. it’s supposed to be dog friendly. said it was too dirty but really wasn’t. don’t really recommend just be careful.

First time renting an RV and I loved it! CSR was great and enthusiastic the RV was clean and ran well.
Excellent customer service: being first time RV’ers, we were a bit nervous with the operation of everything, but we got a great walk through and overview in a short amount of time. The gentleman walking us through everything even involved our kids in the session and was a total pro. They even threw in some supplies for free. Awesome stuff, thank you so much!!

These guys are great! I was dropping off a truck here and the fellow was willing to keep the store open for a few more minutes while I bumbled around trying to find the entrance. Anyway, I accidentally left something in the cabin of the truck and neither of us noticed (black bag on a black cabin floor) until I had driven away. I don't think he even checked to see what was in the bag! I know I would, if only out of curiosity! I went back as soon as the store reopened, and he mentioned he was going to call later on that day about the bag.
