Everyone at precision auto is so professional and nice! This was my first time here and they were so helpful as I had no idea what was wrong with my car and as soon as I called them, they were so willing to help and seemed to genuinely care! My car continued to be so unpredictable for like a week and no matter how many times i brought it back to the place they were so patient, pleasant and helpful! I really appreciate all their help and will always bring my car here once I have problems! If you're looking for a place to bring your car I highly recommend this place!

I've recently discovered Precision Auto and after taking my Infiniti sedan there about a month ago, I decided to use them again for my Ford SUV. I had a coolant leak which required a new water pump, a very expensive, labor intensive service. A a new customer, they do an extremely detailed inspection and initial full vehicle profile that really impressed me. I do some (light maintenance items) myself, so there were components of the initial inspection that they found which I knew were just recently performed. Their assessment was spot on, (for both my vehicles) as there was nothing recommended that was not unfairly justified in the report(s). At 160K on my SUV, I had a few things in addition to the water pump that I thought needed repair/replace. It was a several day job and I was happy that as they uncovered any other potential repairs, they called me first to discuss and get approval. Most notably, I had one concern that I never mentioned, a noisy wheel hub/bearing that I thought needed replacement. They discovered this on their own and I was secretly happy to have it found and repaired. It may not be the greatest way to 'test' their knowledge, but in this case, it was what I consider to be excellent mechanic diagnosis and work. Mario, Brenda, and the team are extremely polite and professional. Besides fair pricing and great work, I think their ability to communicate and take time to talk to customers (especially in the auto repair business) sets them apart, and above a lot of auto repair businesses. Highly recommend!

Really polite and helpful staff. Had a puncture repair to do and even though they did not have the size tire I needed they helped me purchase it online and installed it at a very reasonable price. They are good to their community and it really shows as they are family owned and operated.

The team at Precision is excellent in communication and customer service. It is maddening not to be able to reach a mechanic or shop and get updates. Precision is prompt in their email/text communications and always has someone to talk to. They even called me and let me know they would be closed bc of snow, which was understandable. They are knowledgeable and smart, efficient and quick in their diagnosis and in their resolution of the problem. I've always felt that you sometimes have to pay for quality and I should've known better. No more cheap, generic fixes. This shop is a real one.

The services that I have received while making a vehicular purchase at precision auto was superb. They were very transparent and informative. They were very patient and helpful. I live in nyc and my parents live in Maryland. While my parents aren't very familiar with these things Bud from precision auto went above and beyond to make this transition as easy as possible for both me and my parents. I was able to purchase the vehicle for my parents and handle any other processes over the phone. Overall the staff was very professional and kind. I highly recommend their business.
