Save yourself--although the doctor himself is a very nice person, this is the worst run medical practice I have ever seen. For 3 months I worked to get a replacement CPAP. I called multiple times after giving up on getting the machine from them and requested they fax my prescription to a medical supplier--they simply either refused to do it or are so inept that they can't get it together to send a fax. My very favorite was today when they told me that it would take 3 - 5 days to get the required information from the health insurance company--also not true. The insurance company is happy to provide this information in a single call--but I guess that's too much work for them. Just. Stay. Away. The office is so poorly run it borders on negligent.

Just spoke with someone who doesn’t speak English properly and had to check if they do pediatric sleep studies after stating that all they need to do sleep study is a referral. To find out that even though I was told they do execute sleep studies for kids, apparently they don’t do so not without a consultation with their doctor. So I have referral from own doctor but you don’t have capability to do sleep study unless we get referral from their doctor essentially. Obviously in it for the money (squeeze in as many visits billed to insurance as possible), confused untrained employees and abhorrent their mixed up information given from one minute to the next. Skip this place - I wonder if positive reviews are fake.
