Our well pump burned out and Mario showed up shortly after we called. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. He replaced the pump and wiring in the cold wind and never ending snow.

Jay was very nice, honest and fast at getting a diverter, some code upgrades for pipes, and a new faucet put into our shower. He left no mess behind and only took a couple of hours for the job. the company provided a FLAT estimate at 9am, well below others, and were gone by 12:30 with also having to go to the store to pick up some extra supplies he didn't know he would need.

They would not give me a price range on the phone after I told them the kichen sink with disposal was backed up. When the service repair person came, he quoted a price of 467.00 to snake the pipe. I definitely would not recommend this company. I called several other places who gave me a specific range to fix what I described and they don't charge a service fee. They were less than half of what this company charges! This company is a rip-off.

Shotty work at best. The type of company that replaces copper pipes to resell. Luigiesque shiester showed up and over charged Mom for a job we are now having to redo. Of course he expressed something was wrong with the toilets and up sold on parts.....we are having to redo the tanks he did because they constantly run.....Your #1 plumber NOT TO CALL
