Originally bought my 2016 GTI from Atamian VW in Tewksbury but they stopped dealing with VW 2 months after I bought the car \u003e.\u003e. I called to make an appointment to see one of their vehicles. The next day I called to cancel because I wasn’t interested in the vehicle anymore (rightfully so) The man tries to tell me I have to pay 99 to cancel my appointment, which I was not told upon making the appointment and then this man proceeds to be extremely rude to me. He was telling me he’s going to mail me a bill and that I “took up their time” even though I called and canceled in advance so that they were able to give someone else that spot. Don’t shop here they’re snakes clearly.
