Awesome program year round! The idea of a SUP workout sounds enticing, but the core training that seems like more fun than work got me long term results! The new indoor training space has replaced my \going to the gym\ routine with creative physical fitness... A great option for anyone looking to enjoy becoming physically fit!

Went paddleboarding my first time ever with this company. My instructor (I want to say her name was Megan but I could be wrong) was kind, helpful, & encouraging. She took her time explaining how paddleboarding works (getting on the board, standing up, paddling, steering, etc.). She made me feel completely confident. Overall, it was an awesome experience, I'd absolutely recommend this company, & I can't wait to go back next summer!
