Daniel was one of the most amazing people! He helped us as newbies to the world of escape rooms! He took his time and was patient with us. The facility was clean and was absolutely a blast! We walked out feeling like we needed to tip him!! Our experience was fantastic! Do we tip???? Is that allowed??? Our experience was beyond 5 stars. Hopefully I have this young gentleman’s name correct. 2/20/21. 5 pm Just to clarify to the person above. Who ever was working at this time. Was just awesome. Tall fella!!!

The puzzles are extremely difficult. This was our first experience in an escape room. We took the easiest room and it has an estimated 10-12% escape rate..... Wouldn't recommend this place for beginners. If you have tons of experience and a strong working group this is for you!
I have participated in about ten different escape rooms and this was BY FAR the worst experience I’ve ever had. Twice equipment in the room malfunctioned. The clues were obtuse at best. The attendant for our room didn’t even realize there was a problem. The experience was very poor. I like escape rooms and look forward to going to more. However, in the wizard room there was never a moment I felt like I was having fun. Hard pass. Other locations have better products.
It was my first experience with an escape room. The host was very helpful, informative, and pleasant. I can't wait to visit again.
Brought a group of scouts from Greencastle, PA as part of a team building exercise. They had a great time and both groups escaped their respective rooms. Kids and adults want to plan another trip and switch rooms. We had such a large group we split our group and did 2 different rooms. Both groups have nothing but good things to say about these escape rooms. Well worth the trip.
