Buyer beware. Faulty workmanship and 4 days after the job was completed ,I slipped on a piece of flooring that came off. The installer arrives at 11 am to 11:30 and and leaves before 4pm. Not a full days work and the list continues. They over ordered flooring and at first said they don't take it back. It was enough to do 2 more rooms. They do not itemize their estimates, so they can slam the customer with extra charges ,labor and materials. How many other people have they done this to? If u are left with alot of extra material get reimbursed. DO NOT USE THIS BIZ. Thank God I picked up on this. Look at your bills and demand the details.
I had a great experience using Mont's for carpet in my new home. Lisa was easy to work with and so very knowledgeable. Our carpet was installed quickly and is beautiful!
