My son has been working with Chris since September 2017 and since the I have notice a big improvement in his strength and endurance, he has also been working with Cliff on wrestling. For a beginner my son has learned so much about this sport in just a few months. Cliff is a great teacher of the sport and every time he goes to a tournament i see improvement. Both Chris and Cliff are always willing to listen to the parents input and offer suggestions. The facility is a great place and is always clean very well taken care of. It's a great place for a young athlete to work on their skills with great instruction by Chris and Cliff.
