Been with them for 3 years. Can’t say I recommend. Horrible communication, extremely unorganized. Routine CT scan found something, insurance denied PET scan.... then NWMS goes dead silent on me. I called multiple times asking what to do next, no one ever called me back. Actually walked in and asked for help. “Somebody will call you”.... no call back. Called AGAIN, this time they said they had no record of my insurance denying the PET scan and basically asked for proof, then saying oh well we don’t have record of that so move along who cares. (TRA told me it was denied weeks ago, and I got a denial letter in the mail soooo...???) I have had to go to my primary dr just to get someone to read the radiology report to me to explain what it meant, NWMS wouldn’t even do that. I’m switching oncologists and have made appointments with other doctors so I can get the care I need and NWMS does not seem to have time for. (It’s been almost a month with no help from them)
