Terrible service, poor quality content, pretty much junk. Used to be a halfway decent local paper, but it has just got worse over the years. No accountability or place to call when you have delivery problems, which is more often than not every time. Save your money and save yourself the hassle of trying to talk to someone associated with the paper. It is no wonder newspapers are becoming obsolete. I would give this a minus star if it was possible, but you get my drift....sad, sad, sad, sad

Mostly advertising and events at schools - but biggest complaint that we hardly ever got it . I ended up cancelling it and was promised a refund but to date that has happened. Poor quality and customer service!

My family has been receiving the Gateway for as long as I can remember. Not only does this local paper uncover and spread awareness about important local issues, it also draws the community together by spotlighting local businesses, youth, and activists. I've saved each and every news clipping where I made it into the paper. From the \cheers and jeers\ section, to the annual publication of every student graduating from the local high schools, the Gateway puts a face on our community and gives everyone a chance to share their voice.

Little content. Mostly advertisements. Dribbling down from once was a good local paper to a waste of trees. Dont waste your money.

We have always enjoyed The gateway for 20 years. This year we have had so many issues with delivery, I am regretfully cancelling our prescription. I want a refund. Calling each time we do not receive it or the Sunday News Tribune with no resolution. This a carrier problem I am aware, however when it happens week after week, this is just wrong. We do not even have a number or know who our carrier is. Janis Cappa
