I purchased a computer from them on Ebay. I had a problem with it in the very beginning but they were quick to respond and fixed my computer and sent it back. It has a 3 year warranty. I started having problems with it again and I asked this time since it had a warranty if I could have a refund. They fully agreed as long as I sent the computer back. No problem. So they sent me a shipping label and I sent the computer back. Long story short, everytime I would as them about where we were in the refund process it was as if they would forget each time and continued asking for the same information and they would confuse the refund with the first time I sent the computer back. Well after looking into it. They sent me the same return label for the refund as they did for the first time to fix it. Now I can't get anyone to respond to me. I've emailed them, I've contacted their customer service text line, I've called the number listed and no response. They still have yet to do anything about the computer I bought that was 500 and returned to them without a refund. I'M JUST ASKING FOR MY REFUND. You can clearly see in the photo the tracking number shows the package was sent and has arrived at your location, why won't you just refund me the money like you said you would? Even worse, why won't anyone contact me? I don't get how anyone can have such horrible business ethics to act in this manner
