Was at Banner University ED on October 6th. Tried to purchase a drink, swiped my card three times thinking a drink that was lodged would fall and I’d get two drinks for the price of one. Guess what, was charged three times. I spoke to a lady that runs “your front desk” said I’d get reimbursed for all three charges when I never received my drink from your broken machine. Update the software on your machines so that way this doesn’t happen to any of your future customers. Sucks that I have to deal with this on top of being in Emergency Room. Get with it Ace Vending! Had to file a dispute with my bank to recover my funds, for the product I never consumed.

Edited: I had assumed that they would ignore my posts, but they actually setup a service call and returned the money for me. I would suggest email if there is an issue. Thank you again.

Don't show when they say they will, when they do refill it they don't fill it completely, sometimes it takes a month to get them back out to fill it... the people are really nice the professionalism isn't there tho...
