I want to express my appreciation to this practice. The office staff was wonderful and very responsive, I called with what I thought might be a major eye problem yesterday afternoon and they scheduled me for 8:40 this morning. I got to the office and was seen right away and they were very friendly and helpful with both my insurance and my questions. They ran the right tests so when Dr. Kian saw me he was totally prepared to do his exam with the right tests already completed. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing any eye exams or procedures.

Back in April I was fortunate enough to win free corrective eye surgery at this clinic. Nothing is every actually free right?, wrong, these guys are very honest and it was absolutely free with no hidden costs. Dr Kian explained all the available options thoroughly and he even offered free eye exams and eyeglasses up to the value of the surgery if I was nervous about the procedure. I took his advice and had a blended vision procedure. The results have been fantastic for me, I now have 20/20 vision both for reading and for distance. the entire office staff could not have been nicer or more efficient, I was always met with a friendly smile and I was seen on time at every appointment. I had a fantastic experience at the Gilbert office and I would absolutely recommend them for all of your eye care needs. The focus on customer service from the entire staff sets them apart.

First let me say that I do not always believe what Doctors tell me. Like everything else in this world, you can't trust everyone. Well, let me just say that Doctor Kianoush Kian has changed my mind. He was one of the first doctors in my 61 years who was pure and simply honest. He genuinely had my best interest at heart. He could have done many tests to generate revenue, but this guys is as honest as they come! He thoroughly explained my condition and what needed to be done. No pills, no drugs, no tests. I would recommend and will recommend Doctor Kianoush to anyone I come across that needs to see an eye specialist. He is the real deal. KUDOS to the Dr. and his pleasant staff!

I had several consultations as my eyesight was failing after ten years of having Lasic surgery. I didn't want to rely on glasses full time, and they all tried selling me PRK before I found Dr. Kian. He explained the downside of having PRK at my age and suggested lens replacement and spent time explaining everything. So I opted for it in one eye to see what the results would be. I. WAS. BLOWN. AWAY! The result was incredible, so I booked several weeks later for the other eye to have a lens implant. I opted for long-sightedness, which will mean reading glasses. Still, I was going to have to wear reading glasses if I had PRK - PRK would only have lasted three years at best for me, and it was more expensive! I'm chuffed silly that I went to see Dr. Kian for advice. All the staff that I interacted with were super excellent, kind, friendly, and professional. I recommend Dr. Kian and his team to my friends and family if they're considering corrective eye surgery! You won't go wrong in their hands. :) S B Beadle, Gilbert, AZ
