This is my first time going to Az Diagnostic. Everything went well without any problems. The staff was more than nice and helped calm my nerves (I’ve never had an MRI before). Facility appeared to be very clean as well! I’d definitely go here again if I ever need more imaging :)

I had a very good experience here. Check in was quick, however I had to wait half an hour for the radiologist to get there in the morning and the front desk failed to mention to me that is the sweeter than water during the time I was sitting. But the tech was very apologetic and immediately give me water to drink before my test. She was personable and kind and there staff allowed me to come back and get my desk at a later time because I was running late for work at that point. The waiting room is comfortable and they have coffee and water available.

The facility is clean and uses current technology which made my experience very time efficient. I was treated with professional kindness, from the moment I walked in. The X-ray tech’s were very kind especially when getting my mammogram. Thank you kindly

As of tomorrow (1/26/21), it will have been two weeks since my surgery. I had arthroscopic surgery due to meniscus tears in my left knee. At the very least, I hoped it would hurt less, but this surgery exceeded my expectations that I didn’t even dare hope for. I swear, Dr. Stephen Hatfield, is a wizard! My knee feels 200% better. There is not even the slightest trace of the pain I was in before! Yes, when it comes to the one on one, he’s like any other surgeon I’ve ever dealt with, talks quickly, seems hurried, & is in & out of the room so quickly you don’t have time to soak up the info to even form a question. He’s like all other surgeons I’ve dealt with in the past. Not a complaint, mind you, just an FYI. I have no complaints at all! Would wholeheartedly recommend him to everyone!

Service is good, but dirty. For a health facility I feel like taking a shower when I leave. Fingerprints on door handle and glass, chairs are brown, tables are groody and need to be replaced, patient chairs for checkin black, and rugs worn. Needs a deep cleaning and revamp.
