Sold me a low end product while claiming it was high end and durable. Immediately began having problems. Had multiple contractors check to make sure my contractor did install properly. They would not stand behind their product, immediately backpedaling on their claims to the products durability and quality. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

After the flooring had been installed; the Arizona Hardwood Supply employee walked into our home and stated, “wow, this looks awful!” The was the reaction from the company employee and everyone else that has walked into our home in the last four months However the project manager, who recommended and approved this plan for water repair has shared that the wood will “eventually age and look similar” and that they are very satisfied with their work. The flooring does not match, we have bare concrete floors, and the transitions are uneven and poorly seemed. I will let my pictures show the outcome. I am sharing this experience as there are many choices in the market and encourage you to carefully select the retail company and validate their subcontractors work.
