I waited a long time to see this kind of a doctor for the chronic pain I've been having for years. I showed up to my appointment 30 minutes early.waited about 10 minutes just to be told that I should have been here an hour early to do paperwork. They never told us that. I was told on the phone at the time I made the appointment to be there 30 minutes before.I was then told I would have to reschedule my appointment. I would be charged 60.00 for a miss appointment. My wife ask to speak with the office manager and she only would support her staff . My wife was just letting her know that she had a problem to look into. I just made that 60.00 payment today. I was force to do so or eventually be put to collections an on my credit.DO YOURSELF A SOLID DONT TRUST THIS PLACE. THEY WILL ROB YOU THROUGH LEGAL WRITTEN LAWS.

Not thrilled with the level of “care” I received today. Felt like I hadn’t JUST been there 10 days ago...was repeating my medical history all over again. Doctor told me he thinks it’s RA. Thanks. I was diagnosed 2 year ago with RA. What a waste of time and a 50 copay. Wouldn’t give me a doctors note to excuse me from work. Looking for another rheumatologist! So disappointing and frustrating. Wanted to add, doctor will not help with FMLA paper work. Poorest excuse for medical care EVER! Worst place ever. Don’t waste your time or money! Furthermore, Doctor Fairfax started me on a medication and I experienced awful side effects. That happens. Each person is different. What I found unsettling was it took his office staff TWO days to call me back to check on me. Then, Dr Fairfax feels it was not due to the medication REALLY?! I think it’s time to retire, doc!

This place is amazing, the treatment you get is far beyond what you are there for! They ensure you are prepared for your visit and ensure you get there on time to get all administrative paper work done! The doctor is experienced, he makes sure you are getting treated correctly!!! I recommend this place to everyone!!

They asked me for my insurance card and a lady behind me said I didn't need to give that to the receptionist because they already had it on file. She also was very mean about it to the poor girl just trying to do her job and said she would write a bad review. All my doctors ask for my cards and I have never had any problem with my bills. I am glad they do this and are careful. You would not consider going to the grocery store without money or try to get on an international flight without a passport. Why would you get nasty with a health care worker for asking for your insurance card? If you are a health care worker yourself you should know better. I go to a dr. for good care and that is what is available at Arthrocare.

This Doctor is very rude! He tells me that I don't look like I have RA and he wouldn't test me at all for RA. He also says I may have fibermolgy but I don't heft his office and my primary refereed me next door Dr Richard Horn, a wonderful doctor he diagnosed me with RA and Lupus. Doctor Horn is a quack in the business. He only wants to take money. I also felt as if he was prejudice I'm pretty sure of it. He needs to retire and let real doctors do the diagnosis.
