I wouldn’t listen to any of these negative reviews you see about this complex. Mark, the property manager, is awesome and beyond friendly. My first approach to the complex I noticed how clean and quiet this place was, one of the many things I look for where I live. The apartments here are decently priced and pretty spacious. The management made sure my apartment was cleaned top to bottom before I moved in, as well as making sure I had a smooth transition into moving in. Highly recommend this place

I have had nothing but a great experience on this site. The staff are super friendly and always helpful and super informative. The units are very nice super clean, and have great common areas. I wish I could give more stars!
The staff at Avana Gilbert is excellent; Mark, Lydia and Alize made my move-in process seamless and I couldn't be happier with their guidance through this process. My apartment is so cute and I couldn't be more excited to start a new chapter in my new home here at Avana.
