Sheryl Bacon NP is the best damn Dr i have ever had at an urgent care. She was attentive, listened to my concerns completely without shrugging me off, interrupting me or rushing me. She was super busy, I can see the office was very busy but made me feel like I was the only patient she had at the moment. You can just tell she genuinely cared. I traveled far to be able to be seen as in all urgent cares are pretty busy lately and they had an opening at the perfect time. But if being seen is ever needed for my son or I, I will happily travel the extra miles just to be seen by her again because I know we will be very well taken care of. She is an asset to the Company and an angel in disguise to her patients.

I was able to get in before my scheduled appointment and the entire process from start to finish was just over 20 minutes. All of the staff were really friendly and pleasant and the PA was quick but thorough. They don't seem as busy as other urgent care facilities so I will definitely go to them next time.

This was my second time to use this urgent care. I chose it hoping to have a better experience than my last visit. Unfortunately, this visit was even worse than the last. I was early for my 10 a.m. appointment as requested by Banner but wasn't seen until almost 1 p.m. At one point a patient who came after me went back before me. They said she was more urgent than me but she waited 20 minutes before taking her back. When the nurse practitioner finally saw me she spent less than 10 minutes with me, brushing off what I told her about my symptoms, and misdiagnosed my issue. Bottom line is if they can't honor appointments then they shouldn't have them and be strictly walk in only. Additionally, don't expect for the provider to listen to you and use this location as your last resort. I was seen elsewhere today and got the help I needed.

I went online to make an appointment and still had to wait 1 hour. Then when we were seen they rushed us through and were not very friendly-more like we were inconveniencing them. Would not recommend the Cooper and Warner urgent care!

Warm and friendly staff most especially David. David makes you laugh. He makes patients feel better with his sense of humor. He makes sure that patient is explained about procedures to be done. Awesome team!
