We have been in our new Blandford home for 10 months now and we love our beautiful home! We picked this house because of the community feel and amenities as you drive around the neighborhood. The process was as easy as it can be when it comes to buying a house and Jerry Lilly answered all of our questions!

I have worked with Blandford Homes in the past in the Las Sendas area as an artist/muralist, and I enjoyed every minute of it. It was a great time, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The homes are very well constructed and the Staff is a collection of folks that are there to serve you well. The homes and the community they built in Las Sendas were and still are, very very upscale and affluent. I have even applied my craft to their office building and the private homes of their executive staff.
The best home-building company around. Employees are very professional and possess a keen eye for detail with regards to the design and quality of the houses they build. I wouldn't look anywhere else if I was looking for a new house to be built, or purchasing one that is already built. Regardless, you will feel like you've made the right decision and love coming home. I am still in awe at the beauty of the house that I purchased through Blandford. I plan on this being my last house, I don't want to go anywhere else! This one is perfect.
We just purchased a new build home from Blandford homes and want to share our experience. It has been the best home buying process we have experienced to date and we have purchased nine homes over the last 44 years.The highlights were meeting with the Blandford professional staff especially Mr Eric Williams who was our main point of contact from beginning to completion of our purchase. Eric made the process enjoyable and was always very responsive to our questions and requests. He coordinated all the necessary meetings with the other Blandford staff like design and decor, and production. The new home was built on time and the quality is excellent. We are very impressed with the all around professional customer oriented attitude and quality workmanship exhibited by the Blandford team.
We love our new Blandford home. The floor-plan was exactly what we were looking for. An open concept with indoor/outdoor living. Ivy (Sales rep) has been a pleasure to work with. She was the first point of contact and has always stayed involved from start to finish. She really has worked hard getting things done and has stayed in communication with us throughout our entire build time. She is awesome. We also had a wonderful time with Bernadette in the design center. She definitely has an eye for interior decorating. She made the design process fun and exciting. Lastly, Ethan (the superintendent) is fantastic. If we felt there was an issue with something he didn’t hesitate. The “problem” was solved immediately. If you’re looking for a new build in AZ Blandford is the way to go.
