It is inexpensive but not maintained very well. Bathrooms are poorly ventilated and not kept very clean especially considering the number of people that must share them. Kitchen area is worse, barely cleaned daily. Garbage sits in the kitchen area for over a week. Very thin walls to the suites, you can clearly hear what is going on next door, a real negative if you are a patient talking to your therapist who has a suite in there. It is not very expensive which is the best thing about it, look elsewhere for cleanliness and privacy.
