About a month ago, I got rear-ended. That was terrible. Dealing with the cops, terrible. Dealing with insurance, terrible... It took me a few days, but I got my car here and do you know what happened? It took me 5 minutes to get setup, get in a rental, and head to work! I received an update every couple of days letting me know when they started working, when they knew how long it would take, and then when it was ready (5 days earlier than anticipated)! It was the easiest and by far the most pleasant part of getting my life back together after my accident. Mike was incredibly professional and even took care of a little scuff in my paint that wasn't even from the accident! Hopefully I don't have to, but if I'm my car ever needs more repairs, I know where I'm taking it.
