I love this place. The price is right. You get a free car wash after an oil change and the staff are always so nice! I forgot to note I was in a hurry for an out of town road trip and they made sure to be speedy and gave me a rain check on the wash since I was in a rush. \u003c3

Not going to lie, I was bummed when the prices increased but happy with the added amenities. I have an SUV and other washes in town don't get the back clean (and one place even ripped off my rear wiper, no lie, but this Cobblestone always secures the wiper). I appreciate the two vacuum nozzle choices, the complimentary wipes, and the blue towels. Employees all seem friendly and are efficient. Only downside is the awkward right turn to enter the wash. (Yeah, if you have been there, you know what I am talking about.)

Of all the Cobblestone locations, this one is still my favorite. Their manager Joe got me started on their monthly plan several years ago, so I've had the privilege since then of seeing the way he brings people up through the ranks. Late Wednesday night there was a minor issue going through the tunnel, and the way Miley handled it was the epitome of customer service. We all make mistakes from time to time, but the way we handle those mistakes is what sets us apart. Miley is yet another example of successful mentoring by Joe. The efforts of Joe, Miley, and the rest of their team yield great results and build customer loyalty.

I had paid for a three month unlimited top of the line plan at a Wanabee cobblestone in East Mesa by accident, when I went to the Val Vista location I explain to them what it happened not only did they honor that other places Package but I will go out of my way just to go to the Val Vista and baseline cobblestone location. All the staff from management down and from the lower employees up a real professional courteous helpful and polite I won’t go anywhere else I want to add one more thing as an edit to my review, the manage I believe is name is Joe every time I go there I could go without a month seeing him he remembers you by 1st name any treats you like family and I am nothing but a customer they make you feel like you belong there which I appreciate more than you know

What's not to like, other than price. This is an example of you get what you pay for. They have the best wash around. The vehicle is the cleanest inside and out and it's very fast. All the people are really nice and they move you through quickly. In addition there is cornhole the free!
