People here play their music SUPER loud that you can't enjoy your own, don't count on the office for help. People wait for the office to close then crank it up. The office is closed Sunday and Mondays...people take advantage. Thanksgiving day wasn't even 8:30 in the morning and music was blasting, so much for enjoying your apartment.

The complex gives your info to third parties. I had a site emailing me on Country Villa’s behalf. When I asked the office why this UPDATER site, had my personal info. Country Villa Apartments said they didn’t know. UPDATER said it’s from country Villa apartments. This apartment complex screens their calls, so if you’re inquiring about an issue with your apartment as a current resident... they don’t answer. I call directly after with someone else’s phone, after using mine. Then office staff answers. They even call back the other persons phone I used days later stating they sent a Yelp message request for apartment info to rent from them. They’re so busy not taking care of current residents, they’re making outbound sales calls for their complex. My friend owns a home and didn’t put inquiry, I used their phone to get office at Country Villa to answer my call.Also the place has roach infestation, after “intensive treatment” also known as cockroach bomb. The cockroaches crawl right back out from the carpentry. Unprofessional, selling personal info, and bug infestation. Skip this place I’ve rented from way better!!
I have been living here for 3 and a half years and this complex has gone down hill gradually over that time except for this last year it has taken a nose dive. No one picks up after their pet there is trash and tree dropping all over the place. Washer and dryers are always out of service. I informed office in December that I was not going to renew lease in February because I had other plans. I checked my account on the website and it showed I had a full months rent do for February. I went up to the office and they informed me that even though I informed them I didn’t have it in writing so there was nothing they could do. I would like to note that it was the office that contacted me in December and asked me if I was going to renew and that’s when I informed them I was not. At no time in the conversation did she tell me that I needed to submit it in writing. That’s how they got me so be aware they trick you into the situation by calling you and letting you think you have gave notice when you have not. I strongly recommend you not renting here. They respond to the past posts saying it’s under new management but they did to me what it looks like they did to so many other hardworking people. Let’s be real if they where working to make the experience better here you wouldn’t find the same issues over and over.
