Waited 2 weeks to get in for swollen tonsils. Front desk staff was lovely. The doctor came in the room, said hello and immediately put his head down to read my chart , then proceeded to read it out loud followed by reciting general facts about swollen tonsils I could have Googled myself. The entire time he did not ask questions to the living person in the room, but made assumptions and diagnosis from reading the chart. At the end he said, just schedule a surgery to get them removed, it’s easier than dealing with the pain. If he asked any questions, he’d know that I talk for a living and a surgery would have a huge impact on my livelihood. No consultative approach, deeper dive into what’s causing the swollen throat as STREP and COVID and all the other basic labs came back negative 2x from my primary care. So not only did I have to pay a co-pay, miss work, and waste my time, I then had to wait 2 more weeks in discomfort to get into another ENT that can actually communicate and consult on the underlying cause. Update- the other ENT group found a solution that did NOT require a painful surgery and 2 weeks recovery time. Save your headache and go elsewhere.

Would love to give 0 stars! Dr. Reidy spent 10 minutes with me during my appointment for ear pain and tinnitus only to tell me there was nothing he can do. I left feeling hopeless. I was charged 216 of which 168 was paid by insurance and my copay. I received another bill for 48 so I called to speak with Tammy, office administrator. Four messages and two additional calls to billing and no response. I have since seen another doctor who took his time and has been able to properly diagnose and treat me. I have no problem paying for service but Desert Valley ENT not only did not provide any service but charged quite a bit for nothing! The office staff is even less helpful with their customer service. After all, 217 should at least buy a return phone call! Worst experience ever!!!

Dr actually looks in your nose and does surgery! Took 6 months to find a Dr to help me, went to enticare first they did nothing but play games allergy tests sleep study when all along my nose was messed up!!! All I wanted was someone to look in my nose Dr here looked in my nose with a long tool and told me right away I needed surgery, straight to the point and professional. I can breath now finally after a year of depression and suicide thoughts. Receptionist is very nice and seems to actually care about the patients. 100 percent recommend. Do not waste time at other places as I did. I don't even think I had allergies as all the other places told me!!

What an incredible staff! We love our Physicians Assistant so much, super kind and so smart!! This office doesn't book appointments so you end up waiting, and waiting for your appointment either. I think my first time in I was called back after 15 minutes. So grateful to have found Desert Valley ENT!
