I have used Design to Reflect on 3 separate occasions. These ladies know what they are doing. Professional, on time, and communicate well with every step of the process. They were on schedule and executed the design on time ... every time! I’m looking forward to having them work on project #4 after Christmas. I would recommend Design to Reflect 100%. We hired Kailie and Niki after finding them Houzz to assist in the design of our large home during a complete renovation. They were very friendly, communicative and willing to assist during our first meetings. After paying their required deposit for furniture purchases, they went on an extended vacation virtually disappearing. After 8 weeks and numerous emails to them, they did send over some crude drawings they hoped would be accepted as renderings of our spaces but without any detail or professional quality, we could not begin to understand what they were trying to do. Several more weeks went by with no response from them. When we were finally able to get ahold of them, they refused to place any furniture orders even after we had to make selections as they were unavailable and then sent them itemized lists - doing their job for them. They have since decided to keep the large furniture deposit we placed with them stating that since we didn’t like the renderings (which, mind you, were a separate charge anyways) they were due the deposit. We never should have hired them.
