Contacted diamond for a transport wheelchair to be purchased through Medicare. Sent them a prescription from the doctor which stated transport wheelchair talk to them three times on the phone and there was never any issue with ordering a transport wheelchair. Following up a week later checking on the status and I’m informed they don’t do transport wheelchairs through Medicare, when I ask why didn’t you call us and tell us her response was I don’t know. I would find another company to do business with.

Diamond Medical was quick to take my 300. and to make a promise to deliver a hospital bed at 9am. I have to leave for the hospital at 10:30am. It's 9:30am and I have not heard from them. When I called they had nothing but excuses.

Not helpful at all. Very matter of fact and not wanting to help. The lady just answered in short answers. No, yes, sorry thats medicare Etc.... no customer service. Rude. If you have a choice go somewhere else.
