I moved into one of the first available buildings when District Lofts opened. The quality of the apartments are amazing. The proximity to downtown Gilbert comes in really handy. The maintenance staff and office staff are really kind and quick to respond. The office staff does really thoughtful things like breakfast on the go, bringing food trucks in, and planning nice events. The only issue I ever had was noise from neighbors occasionally late at night, and a few people consistently not putting their dogs on leash. Other than those small issues I highly recommend this community, it's a great place to live.

I like living here, it’s super nice but they need to do something about the parking. I get that they want it to look nice, but maybe instead of all the useless trees there could be more parking spaces added. Also there needs to be better lighting in the dog park, it’s hard to see where you’re stepping at night because people don’t know how to pick up after their dogs. And last thing, they need to lower the rent a little for those of us facing the lumberyard.. there’s hardly ever moments of silence since they start work at 2am. Other than that I have no real issues.
I love living here! District Lofts is truly a gem in not only DT Gilbert but in the Phoenix area as a whole. Seleania, Adam, & Ashanti are one of a kind and they throw the BEST resident events. The maintenance staff also deserves a shout out because they have the fastest turnaround time I have ever seen! You can walk to downtown Gilbert in three minutes and see the water tower from most places in the community. The other residents are fun to socialize with and a lot of them have the cutest dogs. It truly feels like a home. I cannot recommend enough!
