Just took my wife's diamond Michele watch to have the watch band repaired. Dave repaired the band for free. In this day and age I am still surprised as I offered to pay for the repair! Their store is beautiful and I have a new place to have all my nice watches serviced and repaired. Thanks Dave!

Went in to get my dad’s watch fixed after being treated poorly at Fast Fix in San Tan Village. Great selection of watches. The lady at the front was so nice and welcoming! No mask shaming! And the price was 30 less than fast fix! Same with their projected turn around time! Fast fix said 2 weeks, rudely, and Donaldson estimated 2 days! Fantastic!
Great customer service gave me an estimate on both watches. Get the one fixed the other just too expensive. Greatly appreciate them. They do great work at reasonable prices. Lots of great watches to choose from in the store also.
They even do a great job replacing battery's in watches for a very reasonable price.
Have been going to Dave since they initially opened in Tempe. Always had excellent service and prompt follow up on any questions I had. Have taken several wrist watches and even 3 pocket watches from my family that were 2-3 generations old and Dave was able to get them up and running again and even source a few hard to find parts. They also have a great selection of Hamilton, Ball and a number of other brands to purchase in store.
