2009 Dr Kaiser saved my life. I had a gallbladder removed by another surgeon which the procedure was botched. Dr Kaiser came and found the error. He did the surgery, placed a stint and gi bag (I was not a fan of it) but bile in my body and needed to be removed. If it wasn’t enough for him to fix the other drs error. He came to see me while I was in the hospital. His kindness and compassion will never be forgotten.

This man saved my life eight years ago this week. He was very thorough and as he says “goes the extra mile.” Well, that ‘extra mile’ or inch, in a ‘routine’ colonoscopy, found a 1cm tumor in my lower SMALL intestine that a month later in surgery diagnosed as neuroendocrine carcinoid cancer. No one thought it would be further than Stage 1 when in actuality, in surgery, it was miraculously caught days before Stage 4. He was kind, informative and called me just two days after my procedure on a FRIDAY morning before the Christmas holidays break. What doctor does that? I proactively discerned his concerned voice in telling me I have a tumor, but only my surgeon could tell me if it was benign of malignant. I’m no dummy and ascertained from his unusually prompt call plus his voice tone to get scheduled for STAT lifesaving surgery. Thank you Dr Kaiser for caring. God bless you.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I filled out the new patient paperwork which somehow they lost between then and my 1st actual visit. Subsequently after several phone calls the packet they were meant to send last week for my procedure is sitting on a desk there and the promise to call me back last week after 3 more calls never happened...so I dont know at this point still whether my procedure in 2 weeks is actually happening... I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism in any field, and dont especially expect lame excuses and a thousand apologies each time without anything ever being done! I'm sure the doctor is fine..he came highly referred.. but his back office is a shambles

Dr Kaiser has been my DR for over 5 yrs. I am impressed by how he handles my issues. He has gone above and beyond most DRs I have seen in the past.
