Dr. Bryan was amazing! He truly cares about each one of his patients. I have had my fair share of seeing Doctors and he is the best one I have seen yet. I recommend everyone to go and see him.

Dr. Bryan and Shana always give you full attention and actually listen to you. They also ask plenty of questions and take the time to get to really know why you need their care. I never feel rushed and I've never had to wait very long to be seen.

Bad experience with office staff and accounting department is mediocre. Husband called to make an appointment and was informed that he left a 21 balance in 2014 , yes 5 years ago. Apparently it had to do with the deductible from the insurance at the time. Never mind that he has PPO with copay today. He tried to pay the 21 and was told that unfortunately the delinquency had gone for sooo long it would probably be a higher amount. All good, he agreed to pay more. \Unfortunately it was probably out for collections.\ Never been notified. Accounting will now have to determine how much is owed and to whom because the office won't accept payment. In the meantime, \computer has him locked out on red\ the receptionist explained and he cant make appointments. Good luck with the accounting department, never a live person to answer your call or return your vm messages. ** Dr Bryan you need to clean up your office, bad admin staff is all there is in your office reviews. Looking forward to a sign outside your office that reads \Under new management.

I have been going to Dr Bryan for a couple of years now. I have never had a bad experience, he takes time to sit and talk with me. But most important he LISTENS to me. Amy his PA is awesome. I haven't experienced the issues I have read about.
