First I called and was greeted by such a wonderful pleasant lady. I had alot of questions and she took the time to answer every single question. She was very knowledgeable and so sweet. I arrived to my appointment and I was greeted by the receptionist who was wearing a mask and just had sanitized her hands as I was coming in. Which was so nice to see. The front office was so clean and absolutely beautiful. I filled out my paper work and was taken back very quickly no waiting!! I was taken back to my room. Which was so clean and pretty very very pleased. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Samantha. I have to start off by saying she is absolutely amazing. She asked my questions took the time to listen to my concerns and really got to know who I was. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She was so sweet and caring. She did not try to up sell me like other places have. She also was able to tell me what procedures were like because she has had them. Which is was really reassuring. She knew from first hand experience. I had fillers in my lips and botox in my forgead. I was not nervous at all because of how comfortable Samantha made me feel. I ended up joining their membership club because of how much I loved my experience. I can not wait to go back. Please please go check them out you will fall in love. These ladies are amazing. Thank you so much for helping me look and feel young again

GREAT PLACE, GREAT PEOPLE!!!! The Manager Kim is the \ Best\. She knows what real Customer Service is all about. Great facials and services at very reasonable pricing. The thing that makes a big difference for me is that they use only the highest quality medical grade products, the most modern techniques, and the latest equipment which all makes a HUGE difference. After finding Drops of Beauty, I wonder why anyone would ever pay a similar price at a strip mall facial shop for low grade products? Drops of Beauty offers amazing value for the same money but not many people know about it. Give them a try, the customer service alone is so good that I'm sure you will become a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE like me.

I have been going to Drops of Beauty for three years now. I was just over 40 years old and definitely showing signs of early age and because of my lifestyle choices. I love the sun and smoked for many years; let’s just say,you could see the evidence all over my face. It’s three years later and I look 10 years younger! Finding this Med Spa changed everything because I felt confident. Are true and lasting beauty comes from inside, but it sure feels good when the outside is pulled together too (no pun intended. Lol). I highly recommend that you give it a shot if you are starting to feel self-conscious about the aging process. Save beautiful!

Was supposed to have a consultation this morning. Told to be there at 845am. Got there at the designated time to find the door locked. After a couple minutes of knocking on the door and calling the office, the injector walks up and says unapologetically that the manager is going to be late and she (the injector) doesn’t have a key. Why is it okay for both of these women to be late, but the client needs to be there early? Totally unprofessional and no respect for the clients time. No call to let me know they would be late, no apologies from the injector. I left and decided my money will be better spent at LaVida Med Spa for years to come. P.S. the fact that the injector doesn’t have a key is ridiculous.
