After being with this doctor for 3 years it gives me immense displeasure in saying this First thing the front office staff doesn't know how to talk to patients. Secondly if there is any balance owed by us they don't send any letters or emails to your home address and finally after a 6-7 months you receive a letter from collections, when you ask them you did not receive any letter or statement from them they just say they send us. I don't understand how I've been missing only there letters whereas I got letters from collection department who got address from them. I hope this review helps others and I hope the doctor looks into these kind of matters seriously as she doesn't want to loose other patients as she lost me 7 my family.

I love Dr Gupta and the care she gives me. The only reason i did not give her facility 5 stars is because her front desk staff, specifically Annalise, is extremely rude and unhelpful. Anytime i speak with her on the phone, she is in a rush to hang up. She really leaves a bad impression for this office.

I really thought I found a good doctor! But I just received an email stating they are discharging me from their facility because I didn't schedule a phone appointment when my yearly physical isn't due until next month. I requested a refill on my maintenance inhaler in which she refilled, but then requested a phone interview. I saw no need for this since I've been on this since i was 16 and my yearly routine physical is in a few weeks. Why the phone appointment? Just money hungry!
