My daughter was two and a half when she started at Foundations Developmental House. She had zero words and we were very concerned for her. She started intensive therapy 5 times a week. Shockingly, after just a couple of moths, we could see a huge improvement in her speech. She could now use many sounds that she was unable to use at first. She even started using words we had never thought she would say. The therapists here are amazing. They know exactly where to start and what to work on with each child. I can’t say enough great things about Foundations and we are so blessed and thankful for all of their hard work and dedication.

My son as Apraxia of Speech, and after years of going to different therapists we were blessed to be referred to FDH. After our first week of working with Lynn, we saw such an improvement in my sons speech and confidence. We have been driving up from Yuma for almost two years now, and I could not be happier with the care my son is receiving. Every therapist we have worked with is amazing, and I would definitely recommend FDH to anyone who is looking for a great place to get therapy for their child.

My son was severely speech delayed- at 3 he had a hand full of words and no sentences. We tried in-home therapy with little progress. After just a few shorts months with FDH my son was thriving, his vocabulary increased and he began speaking in sentences. The speech therapists are awesome at challenging your child while keeping them engaged. Highly recommend!

My daughter was severely speech-delayed when we first walked in to FDH. They were able to give us our answer, and diagnosed her with childhood apraxia of speech. They've been treating her ever since, and a year and a half later, she's a different child. Her progress began immediately, so we knew she was finally getting the therapy she needed. All of the therapists are trained under Lynn Carahaly, who created the Speech E-Z Apraxia Program, so treatment is consistent and to Lynn's standards. As the parent, they make sure to keep you involved and informed. With such a diagnosis as apraxia, we feel blessed beyond words to have found FDH.
