I was referred to Genesis by my mortgage lender. The services available are a welcome relief for homeowners who have had changes to their finances. The eligibility process is an arduous one as it is for the protection of taxpayers dollars. Kim Hensley was assigned as my counselor and I have to say the woman is amazing! Kim was patient and focused throughout a several-month, very detailed, verification process. Her knowledge of the program made me feel at ease and also facilitated ensuring the needs of the state were met. If you're having challenges with your mortgage don't hesitate to contact this group!
