Would have given 5 stars but they were too busy to help me as a walk in. I had to make an appointment for them to look at my minor vehicle damage. They seem very capable and professional. They were polite and helpful and seem to have a great reputation.

Had ins work done and the door that got replaced the rubber is now melting and gets all over my hands. Told them about it and they said that's not their problem. I'm trying to trade my car in and this should be included in the lifetime warranty. Not 1 of the other 3 window rubber pieces which are original have done what the 4th is doing which is original also. Wouldn't go back here

Kayle and Frank are awesome. They provided superior customer satisfaction that Farmer's insurance failed to do. I was very happy with the speedy communication via text, emails, and phone call. My car was delivered on time as promised. I highly recommend this body shop for their honesty, excellent customer service and repair needs. Thank you again Kayle and Frank.
