Great experience! Called and scheduled appointment for next day. Dustin was prompt and diagnosed issue quickly, had possible solutions and fixed it right away. Was prepared with additional drive, which was needed. Will call again when needed!

I had a appointment with Tony today. He was a cool guy and we were trying to figure out what happened with the PC. He tells me he thinks it’s the motherboard not that the power supply is going out. Doesn’t tell me what I have to do for him to install it, only told me it was 60 and then left without plugging my SSD back in and leaving screws and tower pieces everywhere. If I’m going to pay 125 for someone to come out and tell me there is a problem with the PC and not put everything back together there is a serious professionalism ISSUE there. 125 to unscrew my tower case? He didn’t even order the part. I basically got scammed. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
