The staff at Gilbert Greens is nice enough, but the hot tub has only been hot like 3 days this entire year. They have no interest in fixing it. So we are all calling corporate maybe we can enjoy the amenities that one pays for

I had an awful experience with the whole application process. I had submitted my application with all the proper documentation as well as gave them a deposit along with the first months rent because we were approved to move in. The same move in date we were at the apartments ready with our moving truck and our personal items, just so they could come up with a million excuses on why we couldn’t move in. We got stuck with needing to pay the movers and put everything in a storage as well as staying at hotels with two children because they “couldn’t approve” us last minute.

HORRIBLE, rude, lazy, unprofessional management sadly its the general manager who shows this example. Maintenance is great in both locations they are the sweetest people ever. Don't ask the GM of anything because it cost her to move a finger worst place I have ever rented. Its not worth the low cost living of dealing with them they violate personal information policy's! On one of these post she put the exact dates a lady applied that SHOULD BE CONFIDENTIAL but I am not surprised at all most likely she not even qualified for this position, like I said unprofessional. It took them almost 2months to fix my daughters toilet and some other things front office tried saying I never sent her an email so I screenshot the email and sent it to her ALWAYS have back up with them don't trust them! A lot of the post on here are real events and they are sneeky and unfair.

I've been a resident now for almost two years and Gilbert Greens and their staff are incredible. Any issue and they are on top of it immediately! They also really care Holly and Taryn are some of kindest, professional and diligent property managers I've ever had. This is the first apartment I've had where I can really say it feels like home! It's quiet, the grounds are very well kept, maintenence is fast and efficient (the couple of times I've needed them). I've lived in many apartments in the past and have never had a group in the office that actually care to know their residents and truly make sure all our needs are met as tenants. I highly recommend Gilbert Greens to anyone looking for a quality, reasonably priced and comfortable home right next to downtown Gilbert!

Disgraceful service to the residents. I do in home special needs care for a family that lives here and the neighbors are constantly smoking weed and stomping on the ceiling to annoy the family. Despite two months of calling and complaining as well as the office people multiple times acknowledging they’re breaking their resident agreement to not do drugs or harass other residents the spineless staff sit idly by and do nothing. The office is full of incompetent children who know nothing of running a complex. Not to mention twice a week the water and power shut off for a problem they’ve spent months “fixing”. Pathetic staffing.
