AVOID AT ALL COST! This company misrepresents information to customers. They were supposed to come out for an estimate on a pool heater and service to clean the pool. No action was to take place without the homeowner present -they were instructed to call before arrival as we are moving into a new home and were not on property. Instead, the technician let himself onto the property (unauthorized) and treated the pool with chemicals. Advertised fee was 85 per month for 4x monthly service. When told we didn’t want to use the company because of what transpired, an invoice of 105 was sent. This was never agreed to and is premised on a misrepresentation. The company is also completely unhelpful over the phone and is incredibly rude. Plenty of other pool services to use. Beware of mail advertisements from unprofessional companies that cannot survive on referrals. Highly recommend avoiding this company -ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION. Nothing was agreed to and the company’s fake invoice will not be paid.

This is not a good company. I am not even sure they come out to check our pool. We never see a pool technician. They are supposed to come the same day every week. NOT TRUE. We gave them a chance to correct and it was not corrected. We will take our business elsewhere.

The lack of communication from this company is mind blowing! We are never informed the day our tech would be coming, they just randomly show up. We have a pool cover and absolutely need to know I’m advance. Good luck getting a proper heads up let alone a call back. The tech that didn’t show was fired Monday and they didn’t inform us about this at all. The lack of communication and response is not worth it. Find another company!

Literally came every day BESIDES the day they were supposed to come, and since I have a Pool Cover that is required to be taken off prior to service and two Dogs in the Yard, this was absolutely not a feasible company for us to use. Very poor customer service as well, barely answered the Phone when I would call to try and fix the issues going on, and whenever I could get thru, my communications clearly weren't being passed along. This company seems to have exceeded their growth limit and until they solve their growing pains, I would absolutely not recommend using them.
