I cannot tell you how great it was to meet and work with Jenn, the Manager of the Gilbert Self Storage. I had a sudden family emergency and had to move things into storage as quickly as possible and Jenn was the sweetest person I think I’ve ever met. She took me to all the available units and I got a very nice discount which I really needed at the time and I was able to move things in that day. If you need storage short-term or for longer, I HIGHLY recommend this facility.
My Wife and I recently had to move in with my Mother-in-law due to Mom's declining memory. Needless to say when you have to combine two households you quickly run into a lack of space. lol I called Jen looking for a certain size storage unit.. I was told that they had zero units available. She took my name and number promising to contact me if anything opened up.... Less then a day later Jen called and told me they had a unit available and it was the perfect. Gilbert Self Storage is an excellent choice when you need a local storage company. We moved back to Arizona from out of state, so I was looking for a storage facility that allowed a 53 ft rig, had on-site management and safe area. Only Gilbert Storage fit the bill. I emailed many local storage facilities but only Steve responded. By the end of the day, I toured the facility, selected a unit and completed the paperwork. Steve, Jenn and Nick are friendly, professional, and easy to do business with. This was our first time using a storage facility and Gilbert Self Storage were an excellent choice. If we ever need a storage unit again, I will definitely come back. Call or email them, they will reply promptly. We highly recommend Gilbert Self Storage on Williams Field Rd in Gilbert.
